High Performance Scenario Calculations in PolyPaths

The premier new feature in PolyPaths Enterprise 7.10 is High Performance Scenario Calculations (HPSC). This feature was designed for Enterprise customers to efficiently perform Market Value and Present Value calculations for potentially thousands of scenarios. Using HPSC, our internal testing achieved 30M calculations per hour on a 1440 calculator grid running reduced paths. In this webinar, we will cover the architecture of HPSC, including its use of the Ignite in-memory database to cache results. In addition, we will walk through a step-by-step configuration of an HPSC job, along with the generation of its results. We will conclude by discussing several tips and tricks we learned during its development and testing.
